Make sure you bring all of the following items applicable to you


  • W-2’s

  • Last year's tax return

  • Interest and dividend incomes - 1099-INT, 1099-DIV

  • Dependent care expenses and provider name, address, and Federal I.D. #

  • Education credit information, including receipts and 1098-T

  • Alimony paid or received with other parties SSN and date of divorce

  • State and local refund amount - 1099-G

  • Business income and expenses - 1099-K merchant card report

  • Sale of stock information, including purchase date and amount paid

  • Pension and retirement income - 1099-R

  • Rental income and expenses and prior depreciation

  • Unemployment statements - 1099-G

  • Social security statement - SSA-1099

  • Other income (gambling winnings & losses, discharge of debt) 1099-C

  • Traditional and Roth IRA contributions and conversions

  • Student loan interest paid

  • Medical and dental expenses paid

  • State and local taxes paid out of pocket

  • Real estate taxes paid

  • Mortgage interest paid

  • Charitable contributions

  • Health savings account statement with expense documentation

  • 1095-A (only if health insurance was received through the marketplace)

  • Estimated federal, state and local taxes paid (can call 1-866-721-7482 to get estimated taxes paid)

  • Gains and losses from virtual currency transactions

  • Deposit ticket or account number for direct deposit refund
